*Internet Explorer 8 has a know issues that will prevent you from scheduling online. We recommend using Google Chrome, FireFox or Internet Explorer 9 as your browser.
When you fill out an appointment request the system only offers times that are available. Once you make a selection we get a pop up message on our system. Your request is the first thing we see when we step in front of our computer. We will review the request and accept it, you will then get a email letting you know that your request is accepted. If changes are needed we will use the phone number you provided to contact you.
