At Total Changes, all stylist go through a 2 year training program where they are working on real customers under the supervision of experienced stylist. It’s amazing to see these young stylist interject their ideas and create new looks that the customers love. The supervising stylist instructs the younger stylist in the proper procedures to accomplish the look that customer has chosen.
